M. E. Lewis Elementary School principal Mrs. Stephanie Birdsong announces that beginning December 7, 2009, the following procedures will apply for all car riders:

• Parents must come in to sign car riders out daily. Car riders are dismissed at 2:40.

•   Parents must send a written request to have a child ride the bus if he/she is a car rider.

•   Parents must send a written request to have a child ride on a different bus.

•   Verbal request for changes will not be accepted over the telephone.
